- Help plan delivery or collection logistics

We can't:
- Confirm any orders without additional verification (for security)
- Share sensitive account or payment details via chat
Response times & hours
Our WhatsApp is monitored Monday to Friday, 10.00 am to 4.00 pm. Outside those hours, you can leave a message, and we’ll reply promptly the next business day.
