Step 1 - Collection / Arrival
Cardboard waste is received at our facility via our professional skip hire service or through direct delivery by commercial clients, local businesses, and trade customers.Whether it’s loose packaging, flattened boxes, or mixed dry waste, we ensure all material is sorted accurately for optimal recycling performance.
Step 2 - Manual Sorting & Grading
Our experienced team hand-sorts all incoming cardboard to remove contamination such as plastic film, food residue, or non-recyclable materials. Clean cardboard is then graded and baled for efficient onward transport.

Step 3 - Forwarding for Recovery
Once baled, cardboard is sent to UK-based paper mills or international recycling partners, depending on market demand and quality grade.
At the mill, cardboard is pulped, screened, and de-inked
Fibres are reused in the production of new cardboard, paper packaging, or tissue products
Recycled cardboard helps reduce demand for virgin wood pulp and supports a more sustainable supply chain
